8. Service Availability

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VPN #1 and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you to VPN #1 in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VPN #1, its officers, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activities, or created risk or possible legal exposure for us or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VPN #1 operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
14. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
